*To be eligible to join the ‘coachee-matching’ side of the platform, coaches must either be currently attending (or have previously completed) an accredited (by ICF, EMCC or AC) coach training programme. Coaches should also have 15+ years of career experience which should include some experience in senior leadership roles.

At My Coaching Place, we understand the challenges of managing a growing coaching practice. That’s why we’ve created an all-in-one client management system that takes care of the admin so you can focus on what you do best—coaching.
Coachees are emerging or senior leaders from corporate and charity sectors.
Coaching engagements are provided pro bono by coaches, but you earn session credits as payment, which count as 'paid hours' for credentialing purposes.
Take on up to 4 coachees at a time to balance experience and focus.
Coachees may have sponsors, giving you valuable experience in stakeholder management and three-way contracting.
Receive valuable feedback after each session, supporting your reflective practice.

Get matched with coachees or invite your own coachees to join the platform.

Watch the Onboarding Videos
Watch the onboarding videos and then receive your ‘access code’ which provides access to the matching side of the platform plus 12 complimentary session credits to use with your own coachees.

Earn Session Credits
Each session on the platform with a matched coachee earns a session credit so the hours are classed as ‘paid’ for credentialing purposes. Session credits are used to hold sessions with coachees you invite to work with you on the platform.
